My message is we must all carry on regardless .......... we shall get it right one day ...... it goes without saying that social enterprise is dam hard to get involved in and dam hard to get started with your ideas.

I know many people who ask the same questions over and over again but never seem to find the answer ....... I always say they are looking in the wrong places and looking in the wrong directions ........

Social enterprises are about business solutions for social issues and world problems .... the world doesn't need another group looking for grants and handouts ...... I guess this is why sometimes the old ways of doing things get mixed up with the new ways as people dig for money to start up.......

"Advice is free ........ but not always if its the wrong advice" ........

Well this is the last full day of the 1 mill challenge and it looks like it can still be possibly achieved ...... the playlist has content about Darfur on it now .... so lets raise a little awareness and tell some friends .....much respect and thanks to all who have taken the time to visit

The Million Hit Challenge 2007

I have teamed up with some .tv domain owners and me.dium users on the me.dium.com platform to create a challenge for us all .......

We are calling it The Million Hit Challenge 2007....... basically it all started with a conversation about the impact of me.dium.com and how it could be used in solutions to help raise awareness of social issues through projects like Social Enterprise TV ......

The penny dropped for me and I thought lets test this out for real and in real time ....... lets use the channel I had created and see if we can get people to the site and get the channel views clocking up ......... as I said before ..... the views were at 12,866 before I started using me.dium .........

The challenge is for us to clock up One Million or more channel views by midnight on Sunday the 12th August (GMT.).... We need eyeballs to view the main videos being hosted on the homepage ..... or anyother you may choose from the archives....

The selection for today is Skate 4 Cancer which is a very inspirational story about a young man and how he has help in the fight against Cancer........

PLEASE visit the channel and then take your viewing experience that little bit further by telling a few friends to view the channel and for them to tell a few friends and so on ........ many thanks again ......

Sorry I haven't been developing the Social Enterprise TV channel over the last few weeks ..... I have just had a wee lassie come into my family ........ things haven't been too good for alice my partner as she fell ill after the birth .........

On the mend now so I shall get right back to the development and give Social Entrepreneurs and ocail Enterprises the channel they deserve .........

Visit social enterprise tv and watch The Uhuru by Ilya Zhitomirskiy ...... I am thrilled to host this video ....... again this shows the potential of social entrepreneurs and social enterprise work ethics in our world.

Students walk 6 km to attend school from the local village. They have nothing to eat throughout the day. The project will provide a noon meal to students, enhancing their capacity to learn. Also, locally prepared meals will generate local employment. Education is one of the most important means of empowering women with the knowledge, skills and self-confidence necessary to participate fully in the development process. Access to food will increase students' ability to succeed in their studies

Being a social entrepreneur I needed to develop this project locally ...... I will take a camera and recording equipment and record the progression of the whole concept..... This will allow me to produce a series of videos that will also help others understand how I have made things happen and how we will use knowledge to create wealth in networks ....... I am going to produce a few features on social enterprises and social entrepreneurs in Fife and will host them in the channel playlist very soon ....

The Galgael in Fife video was a right old blast .... Its a DVD we created while I was at subliminal directions ......... the six parts are in the video archive ..........
